Marshall Pizza Kitchen
Mad Co. Brew & Pizza opened the Marshall Pizza Kitchen in May 2020, adding handcrafted pizza to our menu alongside fresh salads, beer cheese & pretzels, garlic knots, and other shareable snacks.
The brew house and pizza kitchen offer more than 3,000 square feet of welcoming space, including a covered patio, tasting room, and a back deck overlooking the French Broad River, Blannahassett Island, and the rail line. The building was thoughtfully rebuilt to celebrate Historic Downtown Marshall, its charming Main Street, and vibrant arts community. Guests can also enjoy our historic Dr Pepper mural on the covered patio, and dogs are always welcome on the front patio.

Our menu is updated often so we can bring you the freshest seasonal ingredients. We offer a variety of delicious salads, small bites, specialty pizzas, build-your-own pizzas, and calzones—there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Be sure to save room for dessert! Treat yourself to our Dessert Pizza, featuring rotating fruit purée flavors on a 10-inch pizza dough, baked with streusel and finished with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Or indulge in our Brownie Sundae, a chocolate chunk brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce.
