Established in 2016, Mad Co. Brew House is Marshall & Madison County’s first brewery.

The brew house & pizza kitchen have over 3,000 square feet of space including; a covered patio, tasting room, a back deck overlooking the French Broad River, Blannahassett Island & the rail line. The building was completely rebuilt to highlight Historic Downtown Marshall, and its quaint Main Street and arts community. The building also features a historic Dr. Pepper mural on the covered patio (doggies are welcome on the front patio).

THE MAD CO.BREW HOUSE STORY

Growing pains or growing gains. It’s all a matter of perspective. There are those that know Mad Co. opened its doors as a tap room in October of 2016. There are a few locals remember us serving our first in house brews in August of 2017. In October of 2017 we began scouting our next big project. And in the following July 2018 we opened doors on that project. Laconia Ale Works and Mad Co’s remote brewing facility.

Mad Co. Brew House has been a project born of passion, family, hard work, and a love of small towns. The last few years have been such a whirlwind we’ve rarely had the time to sit down and reflect on our growth.

We’re so immensely grateful for the support we have had. We’re excited for the future growth with y’all. Right now we want to take a moment to stop, and appreciate the building blocks that have gotten us to this point.

In May 2020 we were pleased to share our latest project with y’all, the Marshall Pizza Kitchen. The Marshall Pizza Kitchen opened in the former brew space at Mad Co. Brew House.
